To reserve your stay you must have a credit card guarantee. I accept Visa or Master Card. There is a 2-night stay minimum. If you wish to cancel reservations it must be done 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid being charged the full price of the reservation to your credit card.

TuscInn Guest House

  • Full ammenities including a full-size washer and dryer, fully equipped self-serve kitchen, Living Room and dinning area and 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6). Fiesole Guest Room has a double bed and Firenze Guest Room has a King or two twin beds. There is a convertable double bed in the Gathering Room. Italian tile, mosaics, cobblestone courtyard and stained glass punctuate the space. TuscInn has everything you need for a self-serve guest house except the food. It is very comfortable. Cleaning/fold down service available for $25 each time. No pets are allowed.

  • The Studio Apartment is 16x20 and is a separate little house across the parking area from TuscInn Guest House. It has a half refrigerator, microwave and hot plate in the kitchette. There is a toilet room, shower, sink, counter, cupboards and closet with a fold out sofa and full ammenities. It faces Mt. Shasta, is located in a fenced yard down a flight of outdoor stairs. Parking is private on the paved drive above the outdoor stairs. This apartment is undergoing renovation. Reservations can be made ahead.

    Guest House Apartment includes a sleek galley kitchen with stove/microwave/sink, and plenty of counter space and cabinets. There is a full-size washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom, Living Room and Dining Area and lots of storage. There is private parking at the entrance.

    This Apartment comes with or without full ammenities. You can choose to bring your own sheets, towels, table settings, small appliances, vaccuum cleaner, pillows, bedding, etc. or you can rent it  with everything included.

    • Full ammenities (move in ready) is $1000/mo plus utilities. There is a damage deposit of $2000.
    • Furnished only (you provide everything except the furniture) is $800/mo plus utilities. There is a deposit of $1200.
    • Unfurnished $700 mo, plus utilities. The damage deposit is $1000.
